We fill each basket with a variety of carefully chosen items, all elegantly packaged and ready for unveiling. Baskets contain a theme based on what is popular at the time or season, or at the discretion of our team.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the excitement of a gift basket or box, which is why we offer affordable prices (many starting from $25.00). We also frequently run sales and promotions to make our gifts even more accessible.

A Mystery box is filled with a variety of carefully chosen, top quality, and interesting items, all elegantly packaged and ready for unveiling. The distinguishing feature of our Mystery boxes is the unexpectedness!

We are committed to crafting and sourcing the best products from around the world to bring joy and excitement to you and yours.

The nature of the Mystery box is that it is a surprise.

We can take customized theme requests. However, the box is curated with what items we have in stock at the time of the order.

For example, let’s say you want to order a Mystery box and the receipient really likes dolphins. You may request a theme of dolphins during our initial conversation. If we have dolphins in stock we will gladly add them. If we do not, we may apply an ocean theme. Or, alternatively, select a blue color scheme, etc.

For bulk orders of gift boxes or Mystery boxes, select the amount of boxes you would like from the Shop page.

So we may fill your bulk orders on time, be sure to order well in advance, especially for holidays!

While we make every effort to ensure that your gift box or Mystery box is unique, due to stock availability at any given time and demand, it is possible that there could be duplication of some items.

We craft and/or source products locally. We have nurtured relationships with local suppliers and vendors.

We also source from the same events and craft shows we attend. We pride ourselves on supporting small and local businesses!

We typically process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days of the order date but can take slightly longer during holidays.

*For holidays or bulk orders, be sure to order well in advance.

We can deliver locally within the Oklahoma City Metro area only.

For all other orders, we utilize UPS Ground for shippment. Baskets are carefully placed in boxes and wrapped with padding to protect it. UPS transit time depends on how far you are located from our central Oklahoma processing center. Most customers receive their package within 2-3 weeks from the order date.

If you need your order for a specific date, please discuss this with our team during our initial conversation.

Keep in mind we are a small business and though we make every effort to get orders finished on time, sometimes there may be only one team member available to fulfill orders.

All of our shipments are insured. If this unfortunate event happens, don’t worry. File a claim directly with the mail carrier. And, send us an email at contactus@twistedcrafts.net with your order number to let us know.

Yes. We can ship to anyone, anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Please provide the Recipients’ contact name(s) and shipping information (if it is different from yours) on the form at checkout or on the Get In Touch form on the Home page. We will gladly send the gifts on your behalf.

You may also send a short personalized message to the Recipient that we will include for you. Please be sure to include that as well.

Gift baskets sold at events and craft shows may contain packaged editable items.

Gift baskets sold online will not contain any editable items.

No. Our Mystery boxes are designed to be family friendly and do not contain any editable or alcohol items inside.

Our best gift baskets, boxes, and Mystery boxes are incredible to receive. All gifts can be a mystery, making it a fun and unexpected experience the whole family can enjoy together.
